      Flexible work schedule. Work from home. Your views are heard from corporate and action is taken to change things. Great communication

      Part-time. There is not a variety in the work place. Working from home can get boring.

      - Working from home - NONE ELSE

      Cons

      - Totally unrealistic weekly efficiency targets - Company is totally Algorithm obsessed even though 90% of the time its incorrect/unsuitable/not client-right - Coaches/Leads/Management don’t care about what you have to say/your thoughts, opinions, feedback, issues - Micro-manage and inhuman. - 8 hours on the clock at Stitch Fix is very different to working 8 hours in any other office job. Every second of your work time is measured so be prepared to be stressed/pressured/criticised/unappreciated - Inventory stock levels are shocking/non-existent/minimal variety/outdated but still expect Stylists to deliver exceptional unrealistic targets.. How?! With what stock?! - If you’re a creative visual, fashion-forward, trend-driven, highly skilled fashion stylist, this company and role is absolutely not for you, you’ll be very disappointed! - Fake positive culture. Pretentious and toxic. - And the list goes on and on…
