      Demanding, but fun part-time job

      Pros

      You make your own hours, the company provides good leadership & peer relationships, plus, the leaders at Stitch Fix really seem to listen to the employee feedback.

      Cons

      Demanding to work a minimum of 15 hours/week if you work a full-time job as well.

      Pros

      Part time, flexible. You can work whenever you want.

      Cons

      Serious inventory issues. Great part time job if you aren't living in the Bay Area -- for an hourly job the rate you're paid just isn't competitive at all. Stylists all get paid the same, so if you live in another area it ends up being better. Clients are very vocal and don't have a clear understanding of how Stitch Fix works.

      Pros

      Company is very responsive to feedback. As the company grows there seems to be more effort to retain good stylists, create incentives/opportunities to participate more, and create a more connected role with their remote staff.
