      Pros

      Flexible, WFH, nice teammates. My lead is kind but sometimes it feels like she's being made to be happy against her will.

      Cons

      Where to start... A very fake positive work environment. the amount of Fixes we are expected to do a week is CRAZY. You aren't allowed to take a single breath during styling and what EVEN WORSE is they track your every move on a timer and then accuse you of not working when the inventory is bad (which it always is). I truly cannot wait to quit.

      extremely micro-management all the time, you should clock out even for a wee, you have to barely breath to do the fixes in the schedule time and don't you dare be a human and fall bellow the stats they will hunt you weekly for it to see why you are not a robot and cannot fill the number an IT guy in silicon valley told them you could
