Pros

Flexibility, fun work in itself, can work from any where with an Internet connection at any time day or night

Cons

Limited inventory to work with as stylist, using your own computer, pay is very low, no performance rewards, fast turnaround pressure

Pros

Flexible schedule, so you can really work around your lifestyle. There's minimal training you need to do, and you don't need a lot of skills going into the job.

Cons

There isn't a lot of room for growth, although they make it seem like there is. Since you work from home, you don't interact with your coworkers very often. You're placed into teams with one lead, but you still don't even communicate with your lead that often.

Pros

Great company to work for. Pay is good. Great job for someone who is looking to work from home. I was able to come home from my full-time job and style for extra cash.

Cons

There are peak hours and slow days/hours. If you do have other obligations, you have to try to schedule those around the peak styling hours or you will have a hard time styling with the inventory on hand.
