      things move quickly, as the company continues to grow the org structure will continue to evolve. If you don't like change, this isn't the place for you.

      Pros

      I've been with the company in NJ for over a year and have seen a lot of growth at our facility as a whole. Like any startup, we've seen a lot of structure implemented which has actually made life a lot easier/better. I feel like the leaders do their best to be fair, consistent, and empathetic which is the biggest difference compared to other jobs I've had!! It's definitely a team oriented place, everyone is nice and willing to help each other
