      Pros

      great company culture, room to develop your career and learn, room for growth, not your average "corporate culture", flexibility in PTO and schedules, great benefits!

      Cons

      things are always changing at StockX with processes and best practices which isn't necessarily a bad thing!

      The evergrowing platform, startup, room to grow, company culture, worldwide based

      Cons

      No career progression, lack of managerial system within the authentication centre. This is purely based on the authentication team member side of things not the company as a whole, the company as a whole was great and I would say this is based on London authentication centre, not its other locations as I cannot speak of if this were the same. Management within the other office was deemed friendlier, more approachable however within the authentication centre was very unprofessional. Often employees felt treated just like a warehouse of amazon employees without any culture. Health benefits are taken care of which is great, but lack of any employment discount/bonus schemes.
