      Paid lunch once in a while & company merch instead of pay raises and bonuses

      Cons

      Lack of structure within the organization, lack of employee development. Seems like there is a objective to not develop and promote African Americans into roles of leadership. No set Schedule of hours or days you work a week, it’s literally what they feel like. Racial undertones in many of the strategies and company decisions. Would not recommend

      Friendly culture, opportunities to be involved in many job functions, flexible time off, discount, if you're lucky you can be part of the growth of a new company

      Cons

      Unorganized, lacking clear expectations, inability to discipline team members, no loyalty to employees (always keep resume updated and looking for new jobs, being a excellent performer in your role does not guarantee you won't be part of the massive layoffs)
