      A real fast paced and diverse culture with plenty of opportunity and exposure.

      Cons

      I can't think of any thing I'd consider a true con. Like any other company succeeding in this economy currently, there have been struggles and road blocks along the way. However we've maneuvered through and over come many issues with style and grace with excellent guidance and leadership to the striving success level we've been able to build and develop today.
