      Pros

      Discount basically just removes sales tax and shipping fees.

      Cons

      Very demanding. Will be asked to do things outside of your job description then receive official training months after with no pay increase.

      Pros

      They are more than fair on vacation days and call offs if you go through the correct process, you can get just about as much time off as you want.

      Cons

      No room for growth No proportionate Pay unless you are the leaders FAVORITE. Your position Means nothing You are a number to the company and leaders. The company does not provide tools needed to do the job and constantly adds more to your to do list. No appreciation or recognition for record setting or achievements. Lack of respect from every level.
