Pros

Lots of cool and interesting people, from various backgrounds and demographics. Most of the benefits are really good and not too expensive. Company discount is okay, it used to be more.

Cons

The pay isn't the best, even if you've been here for years, you'll get a barely a $1 raise, even if you perform well. Management has turned a relaxed work environment to be structured like corporate America. There hasn't been a lot of internal growth opportunities in a long time, so much external hiring

Pros

There was path for career advancement if you really seeked it.

Cons

Productivity rates are valued at the highest even on the QA team. This causes issues that you as a QA team member have to fix. A lot of the bigger issues you end up fixing was from the warehouse or your own team even.
