      - Room for learning and understanding E-Commerce for the first time - Culture is nice and pretty inclusive - Most people are nice and great to work with

      Cons

      - Super fast changes and new process implementation randomly announced - Training and learning is very self taught due to so many ongoing projects where no one has time to meet - Not a great reflection of how other companies run in case you wanted to use these skills for a new role/company due to how niche the business is

      Thanks for the response. We pride ourselves on our inclusive culture - it's what makes us a great place to work.       Cons

      People get fired so often that everyone still working is living everyday with fear and uncertainty. Always got good feedback and was even praised for my work. Still got fired and couldn’t get any reason for that, even when I asked for it. That’s just really unfair for the ones who get fired and just shows how bad the communication and feedback skills at StockX are. So for my mental health this was the worst job I ever had.
