Thank you for your feedback. In some roles, productivity metrics are critical to make sure we meet our customer commitments. If you have concerns about how your performance is measured or how you are compensated, I recommend you speak with your leader or PX Partner. Thank you for all that you do. Pros

Remote work Product is truly disruptive in the industry, however bad strategy

Cons

StockX is one of the most political, biased and disgusting companies I have ever worked for. You will not be promoted or preferred unless you 1. Worked previously with CEO Scott Cutler or a member of his Mormon church 2. Are a white male who went to University of Michigan as that is all COO Greg Schwartz favors 3. Have sexual relations with your manager as is prevalent within the company There is a reason HR is a revolving door with unlimited turnover. There have been 3 Senior Leadership level DEI hires that have not lasted more than a few months (one did not even last a week) as there is constant cover-up of racial bias, misogyny and inappropriate relationships. Many NDAs have been signed throughout the company. Pay is not competitive and equity has become worthless as the company is losing value by the day all while executives are allowed to liquidate shares and other holders (employees) are stuck underwater with equity.

While we always appreciate feedback, your comment was difficult for us to respond to. It's simply inaccurate and dismissive to the work our team members do everyday to build and preserve an equitable culture. Regardless, we wish you luck in your future endeavors. Tracy Cote - Chief People Officer
