      Pros

      The good managers and coworkers are great people, everyone has a passion for sneakers and current culture.

      Cons

      Lack of clear communication, guidance or support. No training, terrible onboarding process. Things promised during the interview process differs upon joining. No transparency within the company. Toxicity in the workplace that is encouraged by heavy gossiping, bullying and harassment. Managers are not held accountable for their incompetence or harassment.

      Compensation gap between international team and US So much workload without right resource No culture like it says on the official website Too many random events Cutting off the budgets and rushing for outcomes Not really flexible working conditions

      Working from home, and didn't even enjoy that...

      WHERE DO I EVEN START!? Supervisors are idiots and lazy. They blame you for their mistakes and talk to you like you're children. HR is full of s***!! They don't accommodate disabilities or sick time. They are LIARS. They don't care what you need, they want you at work. The worst part about this company is lack of integrity. They make up stupid policies to avoid adhering to government state laws. Just all around horrible people. Stay away.
