Pros

The Unlimited Paid Time Off

Cons

Dealt with sexism and incompetent coworkers and bosses who have no experience in leading a team, that is run by an ego-centric boys club with absolutely no diversity. People are only staying until the company goes public, lots of people are already starting to jump ship. Constantly working with spoiled rich kids who's dad got them the job they have with absolutely no experience in the field, classic white male privilege. As a woman at this company, there is zero respect from many of the male workers and when women on my team had brought up issues to leaders it is either denied or gets swept under the rug. There is hardly any room for growth here, and the pay is severely under market because they "want you to think about the shares you could have." It looks great from the outside, and a "cool" place to work but management/leadership on certain teams is SEVERELY lacking. I loved working here at first, until it completely went downhill after many rounds of layoffs in the past. On the photo team, there is no one pushing for imagery to get better, or bringing up new concepts. Our images used to be beautiful and the team was inspired, and now most things fall flat due to lack of motivation and no encouragement from management.
