Some crazy hours, more time spent on paperwork than needed, company lacks focus with too much emphasis on new untested products.

Thanks for being a member of the best sales team in flooring! Our local Territory Managers do run their geography like their own small business so there are a lot of responsibilities they are tasked with. The nice part is having a larger company to lean on for training, great benefits and a strong compensation plan. We’re always looking to increase the selling time available for our Territory Managers including less reporting, estimating, project management, etc. If you have any specific suggestions, feel free to let us know. Pros

Good place to, but must work hard to make good money.

Cons

Crews are spread thin some times and getting a good installer to install the floors the right way is key to being able to do the job and make things run smooth.

Thank you for the note! We’re continually trying to find and bring in new crews to help our installs, but still need to maintain our high degree of quality projects. We ask our local Territory Managers and other field employees to also keep their eye out for any local companies that can help add to our installation capacity as finding strong installers makes a world of difference!

Pros

Great company with lots of opportunities for growth. Company has excellent benefits and values employees. There are many people that stay around for a long time.

Cons

The company has a very financial focus and everything is focused on monthly quotas. RPM puts tremendous pressure for monthly results and it can cloud the long term view of the company.
