Cons

Way too much pressure to get sales when you are looking after projects. Management micro manages too much and no motivation

Intimate culture but sometimes too close and if you are not part of the 'in' crowd, better get out. very much like high school cliques

Cons

not an ideal work culture no bonuses or next to nil, lame excuses made for not having any money sales staff treated like crap

More than 50% of our Territory Managers make $100K+ annually, with additional chances to earn bonuses based on other sales metrics beyond just material sold.
