Pros

1. Friendly environment and work culture is good. 2. Policies are good and have good insurance coverage and other benefits. 3. Free lunch and food is very hygienic. Also free snacks 4. Regular events and fun activities. 5. One can freely communicate with other teams and support from other teams are awesome

Cons

1. 3 days of office (Tue, Wed and Thu) is mandatory in a week.

Pros

Great culture, work/life balance, communication, open to change and improving processes. Great place to learn and share knowledge.

Cons

Not really a con, but the company is now distributed which I didn't prefer at first but have grown to enjoy. They've quickly updated their policies after the pandemic and are beginning to reimburse employees for monthly internet costs.
