Pros

They are pretty flexible when you need time off. However, you pay for it when you return!

Cons

*NO training whatsoever! *They make you attend senseless meetings all day and then expect you to complete your work pile at EOD. If not they expect you to work when you go home! They literally work you to death! *Employees are all overwhelmed with the demands of Stord's "policies". *Operations is very understaffed and under-trained. *They do not drug test so the warehouse area outside always smells like a dispensary! Which is why their production is terrible! *They lie to ALL their CLIENTS! *They do not take ownership of their issues! *Revolving door employment!

Growing while others are not

Pros

Lots of opportunity to take ownership and build things from the ground up. You can have a real impact on how the company operates. Data-driven decision making is emphasized, and new ideas that are backed by analysis tend to get traction. Leadership genuinely sees People and Operations as levers for growth, not just support functions. The company is scaling quickly, so there’s exposure to new challenges, M&A activity, and career growth opportunities.

Cons

The pace can be overwhelming; priorities change often, and not everyone is comfortable with that level of ambiguity. Resources don’t always keep up with the speed of growth, which can leave teams stretched thin. Cross-functional alignment can be inconsistent, with groups sometimes moving fast in parallel rather than fully coordinated. The culture favors people who are highly adaptable—if you want predictability or clear boundaries, it can be tough.
