Pros

The Vegas location just opened so employment opportunities will be abundant! So far, it has been an amazing experience! My onboarding has been awesome and the Leadership and team members visiting from the Corporate office have been extremely welcoming!

Cons

The location is on the far north side of of the I-15 next to the Vegas Speedway and the location hasn't been fully mapped on GPS yet due to all the construction projects happening in that area. HR will definitely make sure you are provided with some solid driving directions if you are chosen for an interview. No cons so far, everything has been great!....the warehouse is brand new so operations are still in its infancy stages. This is definitely an exciting time to get on board! (Oct 2021)

Great technology supplied by the company. Company SWAG/gifts given within week of start date. Great PTO policy, Great cost for benefits. Love the flexibility with office/home schedule. Leadership very open and transparent.

Cons

I am under 30 days in, so as of now i do not see any cons.

Pros

- The leadership is by far the best in the business. They truly value your feedback, and act on it. - There isn't any micromanagement. Do your job and get results! Nobody is looking over your shoulder. - Although my job title is freight sales, I can sell any of the 3 product lines we offer (software, whse/fulfillment, freight).

Cons

- This is a startup, operationally we are still getting ramped up. Sales is booming, and will continue to be that way.
