      Hours are flexible if you have personal matters to take care of Company events are fun Environment is not hyper-stressful

      Cons

      Not a lot of opportunity for Hybrid work Favoritism is shown to some departments/employees Not much room for career growth

      Little to no interaction from leadership team No employee events Hard to get information on basic company practices as there is no employee portal or equivalent for employees to learn about basic company procedures
