      Pros

      I have been working in Stratacent as a full time employee in Recruitment domain from last year. It has been a wonderful journey so far. We have progressive management and open culture. New thoughts, ideas and practice are embraced by the management. Feedback is provided in a constructive manner which motivates me. Multiple opportunities are provided to grow and groom. No office politics ,colleagues are helpful and overall atmosphere is good.

      No work life balance. Treat you as slave both the client and the senior leadership in US . If you voice your opinion, be ready to be treated badly
