Pros

I value the work-life balance and maximizing my work hours while working from home. I do not waste any time sitting in AM/PM rush hour traffic and can be more flexible in case I need to work late. I really enjoy working with my coworkers. Many of us have been with SRI for years, so working together is easy and smooth. Also, I love serving those who are serving our country.

Cons

It is taking me too long to think of anything substantial to put here, so I guess there is nothing I would like to improve on right now.

I value how I’m empowered to do better in staying current with industry changes. Whether it’s a class or certification needed, conference, symposium, expo, etc. Along with the company is invested in me to make it happen. Which is very appreciated on my behalf.

Cons

Better response times with headquarters. But is difficult due to time zones.

First most, is the wonderful, supportive management team that makes themselves available to me...morning, noon, or night. They always have your back and continually look for ways to make their sites a better place to work, live, and thrive. No question or request is too hard for these amazing professionals.

Cons

I feel that Strategic Resources are constantly on the lookout for ways to improve the wonderful environment that they have for their employees. They strive to be the best in the business. There is nothing that I can come up with for improvements, because they always beat me to it! Highly recommend this stellar company.
