      Hmm...none. The company philosophy and culture turned on a dime for the worse a number of years ago with a merger.

      Cons

      -Unrealistic Expectations -Zero work/life balance -Way underpaid for level of expertise required -Extremely poor management. There are a few good ones but you're extremely lucky if you encounter them

      This company doesn't care about their employees
