      Good Time to Join SRP

      Pros

      The company is in a growth stage as they achieved very strong results last year and have acquired 4 companies in the last year and continue to do so. You'll have the opportunity to join, have direct impact, and leave a legacy. It's not the environment for everyone, but it is an exciting time if you're open to working hard and having flexibility as long as you do your work this is a great place to be.

      Cons

      Growing pains that are normal with a company like this - lack of structure and organization, long hours at times, etc

      HR and Finance running the place now My boss said CEO killed the bonus plan for my team after they earned it...unbelievable! No trust with new management Very surprised the reps have not joined a union yet. They should
