      Good Time to Join SRP

      Pros

      The company is in a growth stage as they achieved very strong results last year and have acquired 4 companies in the last year and continue to do so. You'll have the opportunity to join, have direct impact, and leave a legacy. It's not the environment for everyone, but it is an exciting time if you're open to working hard and having flexibility as long as you do your work this is a great place to be.

      Cons

      Growing pains that are normal with a company like this - lack of structure and organization, long hours at times, etc

      Pros

      Supervisor at the time was great. Cared about us honing our skills in the company.

      Cons

      Terrible place to work now, 80% of management is fake. HR and management tries to hide how much of a hostile work environment it is and how they are the cause of a lot of the work place bullying. If you speak up you receive repercussions. If you flirt with the two women supervisors that's the only way to keep out of trouble and not have a heavy work load. They would rather buy the two women supervisors in the office Cheesecake Factory rather than make sure all the employees have supplies. Found out someone brought a weapon inside the warehouse and took it out during work over a tape dispenser.
