      SRP is a results-oriented company operating in a fast-paced environment. The team is motivated and collectively focused on customer service and growth. The business is complex and success flows from critical thinking and collaborative problem solving.

      Cons

      The organizational structure (geographic spread, several operating companies, many functional departments) can overwhelm some as it requires proactivity and clear communication to move things along. However, it rewards strong performers who can successfully navigate the business complexity

      Fast paced and dynamic, so not for everyone.

      Growth oriented company with a strong focus on internal improvements to improve efficiency. Offers all major benefits including healthcare, medical, dental, vision, 401k with company match, disability (short/long), and Flexible Spending Accounts/Health Savings Accounts.

      Cons

      This may be a con for some people but you must adapt to change with being a growth company.
