The warehouse is filthy and only gets cleaned once a year.The managers are rude and have no concern for your safety.You could fall right in front of them almost breaking your knee and no one would even ask if you are okay.If you are temp they treat you like absolute garbage.You try to speak to them and they will ignore you. They think they are above you.They lay out most of the rules while you break them.It's piddly stuff like you can't take the tape gun or pallet Jack from this area or that area.They expect you to have your speed down the first day you start pulling orders.They block the numbers and if you miss where it is at they make fun of you for missing it.There is no ac or heat..the floors are cracked and most of the pallets they use are falling apart.Managers are unprofessional talking about alcohol and dating and jokingly saying "I'm gonna kill you".

Growing pains with routing but office is working with the reps when problems present themselves.
