Pros

- Pay was manageable, - Employee Perks were great they pay for your Hotel Room and give you a $22 food allowance, - if you’re looking for hours this job is for you! - Weekly pay - Great benefits- health, life and etc! - Get a vacation at a university before you start - They pay for all work expenses for the most part - Drive your work van home - start you days by clocking in as soon as the van starts moving

Cons

- Being Micromanaged throw a Camera that’s in your work van after being told it's in there only for insurance purposes! - Being lied to on a lot of stuff, I took over the stores they where in such a mess and they expect you to do 9 stores a day travel over a 150 miles a day and spend 3-4 hours a store to get them where they should be by yourself! (There was no way) - really not any home time this job isn’t for someone who has a family - you have to tend to your own storage unit they FedEx you about 40 boxes a week of inventory and expect you to work M-F doing stores and every Saturday you need to be at your storage unit tearing through boxes and organizing the unit and your work van of product! - they expect you to understand a handheld device which isn’t to bad but everything is pretty much ran through it - the boss sits behind a computer screen watching numbers and if your route isnt doing good they silently stalk you in a car rental watching you do your job until they make themselves present! - most jobs like you getting the job done and saving the company time and money but (SRP wants your time in those stores) even though you done the job correctly they want you standing around to show the big guys behind there computers you put time in. - one of the trainers at Virginia Beach (left Unnamed) felt the need to make fun of over weight individuals and for some reasons liked to talk politics on the job a lot!

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback. We genuinely appreciate your detailed review, as it helps us understand both the strengths and areas for improvement within our organization. It’s great to hear that the compensation, benefits, and perks like hotel accommodations and food allowances were positive aspects of your experience. It’s also good to know that the flexibility of driving the work van home and clocking in as the van starts moving were appreciated. However, we’re sorry to hear about the issues and the challenges you faced with the workload and expectations. Our goal is to strike a balance that allows employees to work efficiently while also meeting our operational standards. Your feedback about home time and the expectations around the storage unit and work van are also valuable. We recognize the importance of work-life balance and will take this into consideration. Thank you once again for your input.

Pros

Work alone, use company vehicle, gas, insurance paid. Excellent front line managers.

Cons

Insane, unnecessary workload. Way too many promises from upper management and KAMS to customers to be realistically done in stores.

Pros

Generally same work from stores to store. Some stores are nice to deal with. You get to work alone and make a few extra dollars selling additional items. Some co workers are there to support you.

Cons

This company used to be successful and a lot better to work at when I started. Last two years they've doubled your work load, reduced bonuses, held you more accountable and tired to get you to push product that some stores don't want. KAMs didn't support me hardly they didn't even return emails or calls. Totally unacceptable!!! This is what your job is. A few independently owned 711 complained and shrink has risen. Hardly anyone knows what is going. There is ZERO communications from KAMs . My ASM was good bit they just piled more work on him. They waste so much time and money on shipping back and forth.
