      Pros

      Refreshing to work for a company that cares about and supports its employees, challenges them to grow with the company but also maintains a primary focus on improving the lives of others within our communities. Team members trust and respect each other and have a shared commitment to both individual and company success. The company supports and encourages employees to expand skills and interests within other divisions of the company and the work continues to be challenging as well as rewarding!

      Cons

      Somewhat unstructured with best practices, processes and procedures, onboarding was a little rough, but starting to see changes happen to address those issues and more.

      Pros

      The CEO is a very genuine person and truly care about his employees. The company is making very good progress in the public health space. Full remote work provides a lot of flexibility. There is no micro management and you are judged by results produced, not the hours spent. The company has a truly open door policy.

      Cons

      More structure and process orientation, which has already started. Benefits package is good overall, parental leave would be a nice to have.
