This is a very open and flat organization where you can explore your areas of strength across the functional areas. Making mistakes is considered as a sign of trying something new and not frowned upon at all. Respect, Trust, and Helping attitude aren't just few words but ingrained in the company's culture and core values.

      Pros

      Fully remote roles offer tons of collaboration with teams that are diverse and inclusive. I love that there are continued learning and growth opportunities for your career path. Consistent achievement and goal conversations are scheduled to continue your career growth opportunities. The team members here are innovative and are mission and purpose driven. Love the culture here at SSG. Benefits are great HMO and PPO plans that also include 401k . I found a long term home to grow.

      great paid holidays and PTO. I would like to suggest flexible holiday plans based on my religious and preferred holidays. Perhaps flex PTO too,
