      I will also confirm that reviews are not real at all.

      Cons

      Most projects run for a short time period of 3-4 months and you need to be on the project because they need you in during the time period. When a project becomes too slow they start cutting off you from the projects. There is no chance to grow in this small company I left the company within a couple of months seeing there is no work coming to the projects.

      Nothing good to say here. After a couple of weeks, you will start looking for another job. 2 weeks is enough to make a decision

      Regarding 5 stars and reviews, HR will ask you to leave good reviews about the company as soon as you land the job.
