It is highly unorganized with little effort to correct

STI, Inc headquarter office is very top down and uses a command and control management style, and does not get much employee feedback. The company hires good people, but they don’t care about employees. Very high turnover, the management just puts up with you until they can find a way to replace or dump you. Miserable work experience, favoritism, sexism, underpaid; there are no opportunities for growth or promotion. There is no trust or understanding, very toxic work environment. HR doesn’t know how to manage their team, there is no training, and at times can be very unprofessional. When you ask for help you could be put down. Throughout the day you will hear the management yelling. There is a big disconnect between the management and employees resulting in loss of trust. The lack of communication hurts employee retention. Also, the company handled Covid-19 so poorly, they remained open and were not flexible with the work schedules to balance work with life. So, do yourself a favor and get out of that place as soon as you can, do not apply here.
