Working in a field helping people solve long standing problems is difficult and requires extraordinary stamina. Our goal in clinical supervision is to give directives and interventions that will move clients to make positives change that haven't been brought about by conventional interventions. When such interventions are implemented successfully, it can really energize the clinician as well!
