      Pros

      The team at Strategic Therapy Associates is dedicated to helping clients. If you believe in a humanistic approach that helps clients lead happier lives, this is the place for you. I really appreciate having this opportunity and growing as a professional. All of the staff are fun to work with, and supervisors are supportive and helpful.

      Cons

      Working with children with emotional and behavioral problems is challenging. While very rewarding, it is not "easy" work.

      Flexible schedule Positive coworkers (clinicians)

      Cons

      Awful work-life balance. There is no room to grow within the company. Toxic and cliquey work environment. Supervisors do not give constructive feedback. Overworked employees If client's cancel appointments, it comes out of your paycheck.
