The work environment is fantastic - the people are great and committed to providing exceptional service for their clients. The company is pretty good about promoting cohesiveness in the workplace - Town Hall meetings, random activities throughout the year. Upper management is very approachable.

Cons

Interdepartmental communication could be better, middle management does not seem very open to input.
