Pros

Open lines of communication with leadership allows for honesty you don't see with a lot of companies. Leadership always keeps employees updated on large decisions and what's going on within the company. Very competitive salaries and benefits.

Cons

Minor hiccups with outsourced HR/timekeeping occasionally, but they generally get worked out quickly.
