4 reorganizations, more than 4 layoffs in 2 years, terrible marketing team, and expensive product. No room for advancement.

Contract work--No matter what they say, they can fire you with zero notice. The pay is not commiserate with education or experience. Teachers are asked to do a substantial amount of busywork--post certain announcements weekly, provide engagement data, etc. This isn't prohibitive, but it can be a little annoying when the student load is high. The company seems to be downsizing despite an increase in profits, which may equal more work for fewer workers.
