Pros
The PTO policy is more generous than I am used to.
Cons
Oh, where to begin… The candidate and onboarding experience are not good, and once you join the team, things only get worse from there. Other members in my extended department who have been here for years make jokes about how mismanaged and ineffectual the company is. That does not inspire confidence as a new hire. My “training” consisted of my trainer asking me what I wanted to learn. Um…isn’t that your job? How do you not have a training manual when you have 8,000 some odd employees? The benefit offerings are terrible and not even a little bit competitive – they increased their 401k match this past year, but it’s still under 3%. The internal support from their "centers of excellence" is nonexistent - I've had help tickets open for over six weeks with no resolution. Their company culture is completely toxic and is causing me panic attacks on the regular; I'm trying to get out the door as fast as possible. Do not come work for this company.
