      Pros

      -You get to work with a lot of smart people -Good pay and benefits

      Cons

      -The burnout is real and wanting WLB is frowned upon -Diversity is not a priority -It is a very clicky culture, where those that have been there 2+ years promote each other and act very exclusive -No management support and they often promoted tenured folks who were not qualified into management positions -Very ego-driven culture

      Pros

      Decent pay. Negotiate hard at offer stage. Work can be exciting but constantly shifting priorities makes it hard. The company had a good reputation but not anymore.

      Cons

      Environment: confused. deranged. disarranged. discombobulated. disconnected. Leaders: inexperienced and indecisive. Expect to have a new manager every 5-6 months. Tenured Stripes don’t want change. It’s clear the hiring bar wasn’t very high 5 years ago.
