I had four managers in one year. The last one had no experience in my function, and I got put on a PIP for things that were simply due to her lack of context and experience in my function. I was expected to manage global projects with zero localized support in the respective regions, which led to excessive hours. Legal and Security team not nimble or experienced enough to effectively support Sales. There are many reviews here that reference PIP culture, forcing people out in under a year--believe those reviews.
