      Pros

      -Eng team was extremely impressive and took on a lot of ownership including writing PRDs -very data driven, lots of analyses -People in general were very sharp

      Cons

      -WLB: even though my manager told me working weekends wasn't expected, many people did which felt like it was expected -product intuition driven culture vs. experiments driven -product team lacked resources and wasn't clear when hires would happen
