      Pros

      They build great products. Everyone there is very hard working, intelligent, and passionate. There are lots of opportunities to take on challenging work.

      Cons

      Work life balance is poor, and it is common to work a lot of extra hours. On call schedules can be grueling. Compensation does not match exceptional effort.

      Pros

      Name looks great on a resume. Very smart talented people and interesting work. Flexible work options. Food provided.

      Cons

      Constant re-orgs and lack of clarity about department goals beyond general talking points. Not publicly traded which means RSU's can only be traded during limited times. Laid off via email without any prior warning.
