Great opportunity for advancement. Job is never ever boring. Experience a lot of different situations.

Cons

Very disorganized. Boss plays favorites. Never fully trained in anything. Do not have a set schedule on things due. Expect you to learn things by osmosis. Manager does not know how to say no on jobs from other departments. Manager is not supportive of people that are not her favorites.

Pros

Not many. If you want a steady check all you need to do is show up and do your job. Turnover is over 60% so if you show up when scheduled, do what you;re asked to do you will always have a job.

Cons

HOURS! If you're a salaried manager forget the projections. I was projected at 50 and my last 6 weeks averaged 90+. They frequently cut labor hours to get managers to do the work. If I wanted two full time jobs I would have just went out and got two full time jobs.
