Poor training

Pros

Shifts are flexible and they work with your school schedule if you are a student. Tuition reimbursement is also available.

Cons

Training is horrible. I was given the responsibilities and work hours of a full-time assistant manager without an official promotion or raise. So I did not qualify for health insurance. Job duties are too extreme for pay, and often there are not enough employees to cover shifts.

Pros

it's a job if you need one. Also you can advance to an assistant manager or to a manager, but the work load is very hard. The company is being bought out by new owners, and hopefully they'll be more fair with pay and offer better benefits.

Cons

no breaks and you can work ten days in a row without getting paid overtime.

Pros

Customers, pay id decent for the job, always busy

Cons

the store I was at there was a lot of promise to be promoted but when it came down to it, even though I was completely trained, it never happened. But I was still expected to do the work like I had been promoted
