Was impacted by the layoffs but greatly enjoyed the work I was a part of before the 12% reduction in workforce.

Cons

You spend a significant amount of time learning the stripe way of doing things rather than going out of your way to do the core functions of your role. However, there is still an opportunity to make an impact in many areas of the business.
