Customer interactions, occasionally allows you to stay late for extra time.
Cons
Management is usually horrid, warehouse doesn't care how you recieve your items, they cut corners too much, do not treat employees with respect or appreciate work put into the store, do not give good raises, tends to not provide proper in store training to employees, managers tend to edit hours in order to cut time.
