Easy Workload and flexible hours and relatively fun enviornment.

Cons

Work with people who dont want to work Low Pay even for a gas station Since aquired by 7 eleven we should have gotten more options for uniform like jeans and a t shirt, but they choose to degrade us with khakis and polo shirts which i think is culturally unacceptable.
