Pros

For the 3rd (graveyard) shift, it's still pretty busy in terms of maintaining the store. Actual customer interaction time is dependent on location, but there's hardly anyone at night at the store I worked at. There's always something to do around the store. Free drinks and the ability to snack on anything in-store, so long as you pay for it within a couple of days of consumption. Easy to follow flow of responsibilities that are open to a personal system of completion so long as all tasks are complete by shift's end. Insurance options available for vision/dental. Great stepping stone into customer service!

Cons

Any position at the store is physically demanding, during the day, no less. Graveyard arguably requires more movement and muscle since you're restocking, so if you can't stand for long periods of time, this isn't the job for you. It's reasonably busy, but if multitasking is something you fear, it's probably not best for you. It does prove an excellent multi-task training job, though!

Pros

Got to work with some of the best CUSTOMERS in the world.

Cons

I loved my job until there was an issue with sexual harassment with my assistant manager and then my job went down hill. My manager's attitude changed towards me and then my manager played favorites. The new assistant manager was fired for doing something wrong and then rehired as an assistant manager which is bull. They should have started back at the bottom but my manager got her job back and she is rude as hell. Management won't come into help if there is an emergency with employees. An employee needed to change because of personal issues and instead of coming into let her go change her clothes and come back to work, her manager left her there for 2 and 1/2 hours while needing to change because of female issues. Same girl has disabilities and she is not treated right at all even though Federal Law says that she has rights due to her disability.
