You stay busy and meet a lot of people.

Cons

8 hour shifts changed suddenly to 10 hours with no breaks except bathroom as one could fit it in. Everyone working out of your till whether you knew them or not even if it was against company policy. Expected to cook burgers/ fries on demand while still doing all regular tasks with no backup.
