Unreliable employees: I have been left waiting for hours on my relief and even completing a second shift after relief does not show up on multiple occasions. Of course, customers are bad. I've had managers that steal from the company and employees, sexually harass employees, and are utterly incapable of performing their tasks.

Too many changes too rapidly! Turnover too high at every Operational level. Too many Mergers/Acquisitions to maintain any consistency/continuity.
